Hi, I'm Katelyn!

A hairstylist turned housewife raised in Colorado but currently living in Las Vegas with my hype man; (aka husband) Tyler. Together we have two sweet little girls Macy, & Ruby who we are attempting to raise confident & independent all while they run around in princess dresses. Balance right? We are an airline family who loves to travel & see new places! My goal is to inspire the creative in you no matter what phase of life you are in! There is something for everyone here! Two years of The Show Gals! 💕🎉 I always have Two years of The Show Gals! 💕🎉 I always have a moment of feeling silly celebrating things like this publicly and I have been thinking a lot about that lately. I feel like as women we are made to feel that traditionally feminine hobbies or professions are silly or not important. But the truth is, sharing my silly crafts, silly shopping finds, and all my girly passions has not only fueled me creatively but also has become a way of providing for my family! (Which I am PROUD to say!) It’s true this app isn’t what it used to be. But to me, it doesn’t matter. 3 years ago I was an incredibly insecure girl who felt lost in the trenches of motherhood. Having a reason to do what I love every single day has not only helped me grow my confidence, It has made me a better wife, mother and PERSON. So let’s start celebrating the wins. Wether they are big or small. You deserve to be celebrated! And like my great grandmother once said “If you don’t toot your own horn. Count your lucky stars!✨🍀 I created this li Count your lucky stars!✨🍀 I created this little gratitude activity in honor of St. Patrick’s day last year and we are definitely doing it again this year! Here’s how I made it: For this activity I cut out stars on glitter card stock and we wrote what we felt lucky for on the back of each one. Vacationing Sisters 💕⁣ This trip was the firs Vacationing Sisters 💕⁣ This trip was the first time the girls slept together and they did SO GOOD. Macy even told me she doesn’t want to go home because she loves having sleepovers with her sister🥺 ⁣ Something else to note: Ruby thinks the grinch lives here because there is snow. So I guess that means we took a trip to whoville 😝⁣ ⁣ We’ve had the best time at @thegaylordrockies winter fest!
