  • Pesto homemade or jarred
  • Fresh mozzerella
  • chiffonade of basil chif·fo·nade/ˌSHifəˈnäd,ˌSHifəˈnād noun. preparation of shredded or finely cut leaf vegetables, used as a garnish for soup.
  • italian seasoning
  • flakey salt

Equipment

  • grill
  • pizza grill pan

Method
 

  1. Once dough is prepared and on grill pan (see dough recipe above) start by placing dollops of pesto and sauce over the pizza
  2. add mozzerella, italian seasoning, and pinch of flakey salt
  3. Cook on grill according to directions in the dough recipe (above)
  4. Slice and enjoy!
