Ingredients

  • Pesto homemade or jarred
  • Fresh mozzerella
  • chiffonade of basil chif·fo·nade/ˌSHifəˈnäd,ˌSHifəˈnād noun. preparation of shredded or finely cut leaf vegetables, used as a garnish for soup.
  • italian seasoning
  • flakey salt

Instructions
 

  • Once dough is prepared and on grill pan (see dough recipe above) start by placing dollops of pesto and sauce over the pizza
  • add mozzerella, italian seasoning, and pinch of flakey salt
  • Cook on grill according to directions in the dough recipe (above)
  • Slice and enjoy!
